I am looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom apartment at Canal Square Apartment for the 2013-2014 school year. The apartment is directly across the street from the IUPUI campus. The room is available beginning in May, though a new lease will need to be signed at the end of June and the new lease would run through May of 2014. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, a washer and dryer, and the entire apartment is already fully furnished. The available bedroom has a bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and a desk w/chair. I am a 23 year old second year Law Student and am looking for a roommate that understands my desire for a fairly quiet and clean environment for studying. Looking for a roommate to move in to the Vermont Place (Continental Towers) apartment in June/July for a year lease (July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014). Two bedroom, two bath apartment. Common areas are furnished, but willing to add in your items if needed. Large bedroom and bath to yourself, no sharing! Rent is $642/month plus electric and cable (about $100/month).
The apartment complex has a gym, bike storage room, tanning and laundry facility. Parking is provided outside or you can purchase a garage spot.
About me:
I am a 26 year old (female) professional, working at IUPUI in Athletics. I have lived in this apartment for 3.5 years and my current roommate is engaged and moving out. I would hate to leave! I love living downtown and keep a tidy place. I do have a significant other so there are often nights/weekends where I will not be around. Also, during the school year, my job keeps me pretty busy about 1-2 nights a week with sporting events. I can provide pictures or a tour of the place and apartment, if needed!

Looking for a roommate that is a resident or working professional to share a 3000 sq ft home near Zionsville I am a responsible, nice, clean mother of a 10 yr old daughter and I am employed by the local city police (IMPD) as a police officer that stays very busy with work and riding my horse.
Roommate will have your own bedroom and bathroom with the possibility of having the finished basement as your own living space. The rest of the house will be shared.
The house is located on a country road just minutes away from the interstate and local shopping areas. It’s a great location for running and biking.

My roommate plans fell through, so I am looking for a female medical student to live with me in a two bedroom apartment at the Gardens of Canal Court. The complex is across West Street from the IUPUI campus, so you can easily walk to campus within ten minutes. The complex comes highly recommended by present IUSM students. Rent would be about $600 each, and water is included. I am currently being contacted about available apartments and plan to move in sometime in June. My roommate plans fell through, so I am looking for a medical student to live with me in a two bedroom apartment at the Gardens of Canal Court or Lockefield Gardens. Unfortunately, most apartments in Indianapolis work off a waiting list and provide notice within 1-2 months before the set move-in time, so there is no absolute guarantee. However, I am fairly high on the waiting list for two great locations. The Canal Court complex is across West Street from the IUPUI campus, and is within ten minutes from the campus buildings (walking). This complex comes highly recommended by current IUSM students. The rent would be about $600 each, not including utilities. At this location, I’m currently number 14th on the waiting list for an August move-in. The other location, Lockefield Gardens, is even closer to campus! Rent in this complex would be $500 each, again, not including utilities. And I’m currently 2nd on the waiting list for this apartment for an August move in. Here, the managers basically guaranteed me a newer two bedroom apartment for August. I will be a first year medical student and I am looking for 2 male roommates to share my 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house in the Broad Ripple area for the 2013-2014 school year. The house is one story with a finished basement. It has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a nice washer and dryer in the basement. The common areas of the house including the living room, dining room, and basement are all furnished. The backyard is fenced in with a nice deck and a fire pit, and there is plenty of space for parking outside. See pictures below.

FEMALE ROOMMATE WANTED for townhouse 1 mile north of campus

I am an incoming MS1, looking for a female roommate to share my two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse. The townhouse is 12,800 square feet, and two stories with a small basement area that connects to our underground parking garage. Rent is $375 per month, plus utilities. My current roommate and I typically each pay about $500 total per month. The common areas are furnished, but if you have furniture also we can work that out. A washer and dryer are included in each unit.
I live in the Court of Two Sisters, located at 15th and Illinois. It is about a mile away from the med school, so you could easily walk or ride your bike if desired. It is just south of Methodist Hospital, and you can take the people mover for free from there as well. My current roommate is moving out over the summer around late July, but we can negotiate the actual date depending on desired moving date.
